Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for purchasing our myCBD products.

We understand that our customers change their minds about the products purchased at times; do not worry! We will give you a full refund for any product purchased up to 15 days after receiving your product.


Return Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (KSK Labs S.L. , Gran de Gracia 15, 2º – 1ª 08012, Barcelona, Spain, preferably via info@mycbd.com) of your decision to cancel this purchase by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Damaged Product

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, please send us a picture to our mail info@mycbd.com and we will inform you how to proceed.

Refunds

As soon as the product is in our facilities and it is corroborated that it has been received in the conditions we stipulate, the cost of the product will be refunded. The refund usually takes 3 to 5 days, depending on your bank.

The refund will be made to the same bank card with which the payment was made and through the secure payment gateway system.

If the payment was made by bank transfer, you will be asked for the details to be able to make a transfer.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Product Conditions

In case of oils the product must be unopened. The seal of the bottle must be unbroken and the product must not have been used.

In case of creams the product must be unopened and the product must not have been used.

Packaging the return product

We recommend using the original packaging and shipping box. Please contact us if you need assistance in shipping or handling.

Return shipping cost

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
