CBD Oil Uses

There are more and more products on the market using CBD oil. However, there are still doubts surrounding the oil and how it is used.

Here are four tips for using hemp oil:

1.- CBD oil can be administered in a number of different ways

Experts consider that the most beneficial way to administer the oil sublingually, either by using a spray or a dropper, in order to achieve a more rapid and more even absorption of the oil into the body.

There are also other ways to administer the oil, for example, in the form of creams or consuming it in a tea.

2.- You can use it to moisturize your skin

Some of the benefits associated with CBD oil are the moisturisation of the skin. Many people choose the creams for this reason. The ointment should be applied evenly and in small doses. In addition when applying cream to the affected area, you should do so in a light circular motion 2 or 3 times a day.

3.- You can mix it with other aliments to give it more flavour.

As previously mentioned, another option is to mix the CBD oil in with foods. In this case we are referring to the CBD infusions. In order for the CBD to dissolve it requires fatty elements, as it will not dissolve in hot water alone.

To prepare the infusion of CBD tea, the water must be brought to the boil. A dash of milk must be added as this is what provides the fats necessary for the tea to dissolve. Finally, place the tea bag in the mug of water and milk, and remove it after 3 to 5 minutes.

4.- What is the correct dose?

If this is the first time you are trying CBD oil, it is recommended that you start with the minimum quantity indicated on the packaging. This way, you can evaluate the effects and increase the doses as you see necessary.

For example in our 2%myCBD oil, the recommended minimum dose is 3 drops ( equivalent to 2mg of CBD) and the maximum is 9 drops (equivalent to 6mg of CBD).

These quantities can be considered a ‘low’ dosage depending on the persons height, weight, etc. so we advise consumers to consult a specialist to answer any queries, especially if the CBD oil is being administered to a minor.
